One of the most long-standing RDQLUS projects has entered its most crucial phase; the implementing of the plan and putting the brand story & creative into action. The brand story behind "Highlander" is the raising of the level, and the idea that a rising tide does indeed lift all boats.
Working for the past 4 years with '75 North Revitalization' and 'Brinshore Development' to create a planned community development that elevate not only the landscape and aesthetics of the area, but also the educational, creative, socio-economic, and entrepreneurial landscape of the existing community. It is proven that the mindset and goals of success can indeed be groomed, a path can be blazed and standards set for people to aspire.
"Highlander" will have aspects built into the brand that will treat it almost like a campus where programs are filled from the community and feed back into the immediate community—directly affecting the expectations and aspirations.
